a cathartic remedy

turning our thoughts into words is therapy

releasing this bubbling urge to write,

when done, all is right

for your mind

but you'll find

more thoughts will appear,

and soon it will become crystal clear

you will not be able to rest until you

put these thoughts on paper too

YES you must.
