I think Lysol is the best cleaning solution there is...we use lots of it here, too. I love the way you express your experiences about the coronavirus. Hopefully you are entering the contests.

Having cleaner homes is one of the benefits of the virus. May we all have learned to care for ourselves in a way that we do not become ill.

This essay is a great satire on bureaucratic protocalls. All the required sanitizings, the red tape, the guard dog, the over cautious surmisers who send you to the ER because you have cold symptoms, it all speaks of the frustrations we have when dealing with all this. It gets sharpened because your husband takes off as soon as he drops you off and leaves you there alone. No help from the family. It really captures the sense of how small the individual is, and how helpless, in this bureaucratic mammoth of a society we have created...estory

You're so funny! I'm glad you're okay and hope that cough is gone now. Boy, no one likes hospitals but ER is no fun and everyone is crazy paranoid about that virus. Please stay safe!

Wry humor amidst the madness!
Our work protocol is when somebody is coughing or sneezing [HE IS]automatically LYSOLED [, MEANING,] tested for Coronella. In the summer it was easier, you CALLED 811
My hubby [, WHO ]hates hospitals, dumped me ten meters from the ER entrance and RAN home. Shaking [COMMA] I entered the building and what I noticed was a huge empty tent attached to the ER Room. Before you even enter the hospital there IS a guard dog at the door. IT BARKED at me to sanitize my hands and state the scope of my visit.
I took a SEAT in the waiting room before a plastic wall and that's when the Lysol game started. I waited for 20 minutes and in those minutes they CLEANED my area at least twice. I was there all by myself. Finally, they called me in, took my temperature, blood pressure, and sent me to the clerks on the opposite side of the room to do my entrance file. After that, surprise [COMMA] they SEND me to that big tent to wait until they [omit: will] come to take me in.

Your experience with the hospital and the virus is spot on, but it has to be the acceptable mode of medical service nowadays. Hopefully things will return to normal ...
