Tucker needs to get them out of there before they are no longer alive to tell it. I hate dirty coni I got people like Farnsworth that think they are big
A big boss in the world of crime and drugs.

Thank you so much for your generous review and kind words. Don't worry, I won't let the bad guy win in the end. I just haven't figured out how I'm going to do it yet. LOL. I appreciate YOU!

That Farnsworth is a pretty clever guy. I noted a couple of really clever tidbits in your story:

"his skin shredded like a woodchipper chews limbs." Yikes, very descriptive.

"his eyes widened larger than the abominable snowman's." Another very descriptive comparison. It adds to the shock of this piece.

The only problem is, I think this sort of thing actually goes on all the time. I'm just glad I am far away from such dealings.

Nice, edge of seat, tale. Good job.

Thank you so much, Gary, for you generous review and kind words. Sadly, these things happen much more than most of us realize. And with all the hate, greed, and anger in the world these days, it doesn't look like things are going to get better any time soon. Your kindness, encouragement, and time spent reading my foolishness are greatly appreciated!

A virtual six! Sorry the others went fast. This is amazing! Now I've got all the details how I can get away with murder, I have to pop down to the supermarket and pick up the ingredients!!!

You cannot let Tucker get his name all smirched up, not by that rogue!!! And I hope you've been watching 007 and James Bond so you have some hidden tools in Tammy's and TD's teeth or something?

This is fabulous writing, Ric, you certainly brought this chapter together superbly, there was so much going on, and the ending was shocking! You have a lot to sort out for the next chapter! Exceptional chapter, my friend! :)) Sandra xxx

Thank you so much, Sandra, for your kind words and generous review. Yes, you are so right. Since I don't use an outline or plot and just start writing, letting the action and the characters take the story wherever it will, I've painted myself into a corner. But hopefully, I'll figure it all out. LOL. I always appreciate YOU, and your kindness and encouragement!

I couldn't read fast enough. There are so many twists, turns, surprises, and action scenes I'm exhausted. This story demonstrates your attention to detail, clear descriptive explanations, and your very vivid imagination. Now, your characters have to get out of the mess you put them in. Good luck. I'll be waiting.

Thank you so much, Lorraine, for your extra-special six-star review and kind words. As a crazy who doesn't outline or have a plot to start my stories, I just start writing and let the action and my character take us where they will. But this time, I've painted my characters into a corner I don't know how to get out of. LOL. I'll just start writing again and see what happens. I appreciate YOU, and your encouragement!

Wow, scary info about how to make a body disappear without a trace, and it looks like Tucker played a bad hand. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the next chapter.

Oh, but you've outdone yourself with this installment, sir!

The thing about letting your characters take you where they may is that NOW you have quite a lot of mental gymnastics to do to untie the knots here!

Your writing is unassuming, down to earth yet bigger than life.

I love being swept up in the Hijinx. Your knowledge about all things guns and (yew) acids and such is counter-balanced by your pithy dialogue and great "eye" of the scene playing out!

I'm a little bit addicted. DO you hold meetings for readers like me? TO help us get through to the next post?

I'm a fan. You KNOW that! Now get busy and save Tucker's reputation!

Thank you so much, Karenina, for your extra-special six-star review and kind words. I'm not sure anyone could learn anything from me in the writing department that would be beneficial, and especially, not a talented poet like you. But it's nice to be buttered up with kindness and encouragement that keeps an old hack scratching. LOL. I appreciate YOU! Bunches!
reply by karenina on 05-Jun-2022
Hah! I speak the truth! No buttering up necessary!

Wow, this had it all except a happy ending. Hopefully the whole dirty lot of them will come tumbling down. I hope the same for everyone corrupting our nation, bringing us to an all-time low. One can hope. Exceptional writing, my friend. Sending you my best today as always,

Thank you so much, Sal, for all your encouragement and kind words, and of course, for the extra-special stars. I would have given up writing a long time ago if it hadn't been for reviews like yours that offer an old boy hope and motivation to keep digging in the dirt. I appreciate YOU, today and always! Ric.

Wow, Ric. This is a heart-stopping tale you're telling here. Great imagery as usual, carries it on speedily. The story deserves six stars, but, I found a few things that require some editing. I hope you find them helpful.

"A security service whose main duties are to contain and arrest." - this is an incomplete sentence and I'm not certain if it belongs to the previous sentence or the next one. :)

"...organization in North and South American(America), and Mexico."

"...the biggest criminal in Northern American(America),"

"Farnsworth (was) hoisted upon the throne, ..."

Thank you so much, Judy, for you generous review, kind words, and suggestions. They are always greatly appreciated. The security service sentence is intentional, and it belongs in between the other two sentences. I have already changed American to America, but obviously not before you caught it. LOL. And, in the way I worded the "Farnsworth hoisted upon the throne," it was so that I didn't have to use "was". Thanks for reading.

You're welcome, Ric. Thanks for your explanations. I thought maybe someone else might have already pointed out the America errors. As for the others, the wording just made it difficult to understand for me, as often incomplete sentences do. :)
reply by the author on 05-Jun-2022
Yes, Judy, Helen had pointed out the foolish American for America mistakes. But it doesn't make me appreciate you taking the time to point them out any less. :-)

After much thought, and in consideration for all the time you spend trying to keep me straight. I've gone back and changed that sentence that was hard for you to read. "The FBI is a domestic law enforcement agency and security service whose main duties are to contain and arrest." It was a simple fix, by just removing the "A" and adding "And." And although, I still like it better as a fragment, you have me making a conscious effort of considering readers preferences over my own, which is how it should be. LOL. Thanks.
reply by Judy Lawless on 05-Jun-2022
Oh, I appreciate it, Ric, but it wasn't necessary. I'm only one reader. :) Bless you.
