Michael: I would give you a twenty but Tom's bests are six. Very insightful and building of conflicts with details of visions. When we dream we have visions that seem so real to us and we don't understand. Maybe, the doctor can have a vision of Julia and him in the past. OK, just a thought. Did they have a roast dinner or did you? Glad that you included Cassius in the line up. Are you going to have Julia tell stories about her past? Maybe, they can learn from each other, how to overcome the evil and see the past help them for good.
Mental illness is still not understood. My daughter, Monica is studying brain research as a senior in the Minnesota university.
Maybe, the evil priests intends can come into the light and be exposed and stopped. Maybe, God will speak to him through Thurston since he is not living right. I know that this is your conflict in the story and I'm talking too much. I enjoy these stories Michael. Until we chat again.

Uh oh. It seems like Julia has taken a turn for the worse. Perhaps she has chosen that the world with Cassius and Valerius in it is the delusion. Or perhaps she thinks that she is transcended to some sort of god that cannot be harmed by normal humans. A very interesting turn of events. Not at all the way I thought this chapter would go.
Great job.

Hi Mikey
Sorry to say I'm reading a random chapter and not from the beginning. You're just too prolific for me to keep up. :)) I love the piece and enjoyed every moment there was no concept of length or a lengthy read. It does flow with pace and is entertaining all the way through. In fact, if I had the book in my hands, I would find it difficult to put down. Despite not reading any earlier chapters, I felt engaged with your characters and love the way you use the dialogue to make the connections authentic to the period.
I'm not sure if this all comes out of that amazing memory bank of yours, or I'm in awe of considering the research hours. Your writing is flawless, at least I picked up no spag. What a long way you've come my friend. If all the other chapters are near this quality ... I look forward to seeing this one published.
I love that image of the wolves. What a scary experience for a child, or an adult for that matter. WOW! I'm impressed with this chapter. Well done my friend. Hugs - Lovi xoxox

The length of the post is never a consideration when you are reading interesting material or stories. I never get bored reading about this particular phenomenon. I like that Julia will now be able to help Florentina and have an ally in understanding those things others cannot see. I hope Thurston will be able to keep Leopold at bay. Such monsters exist today who see death as the only answer for those who do not believe as they do. ISIS repeats through every century with different names and masks. Great story unfolding, mikey.

You are doing good, mate. Good testimony coming through there as well. I bet you had to fight off the humanists in dealing with some of your charges. One spag...

Leopold is so hyped to find a demon he'll look under leaves and blades of grass. Good "save" they came up with here. Now I wonder if there'll be romance with his assistant or with Julia.

The content, as always is superb, Mikey. Your structure, storyline, narrative and dialogue are without peer here. I am so happy this was posted after 9 PM our time (You clever dickens you) so I have a 6 to award you.

I have to do my thirty minute "that" edit before I press, "end preview". I wonder if I'll ever stop doing THAT. Hahaha. At least I know to edit it now. I got it in before the news though, right? mikey
