hahahaha Well, it's clear that none of the contenders read this entry before they jumped into the contest. Otherwise, there is no way they would have wasted their good, hard-earned FS money.

This is brilliant in so many ways. I love the message and the delivery. The poem is not perfect. It has a couple places I'd want to edit a wee bit - but then, I thought, oh, no. Love isn't perfect either, right? So then this poem IS practically perfect! Loved it! Good luck! (That you won't need.)

(Just one suggestion... in the next to the last verse you use 'above' twice. Think of another word describing the sun and it will be perfect.)

This is a beautiful contest entry, Boogie. I love the animated image. Your color scheme is perfect. Your words are uplifting and inspiring. Your words create great imagery. Of all the 'things' one could/would/ should give their significant other, it comes done to giving of your love not material things.

I'm a fan! You accomplish something that is challenging for many poets who rhyme. The meter just flows and keeps a very consistent rhythm that made me stay engaged. Don't change a thing. Lovely work.
