Oh, Fia, thank you so very much for these wonderful stars -- now we will have to be sure that everyone in the shed keeps you entertained - lol!! ;) And thanx for keeping up with Nicholas and company ... Even though I'm purposefully keeping each one to about 500 words on purpose, it is so-o-o tempting to go longer!! ;) :) I apologize for being so far behind!! Was a crazy week and I have all the boys home this weekend (HOORAY!!).... I'm attempting to get caught up while they're outside working on cars!! Don't know how far I'll get, but we'll see!! ;) :) Take care! Yvette

"A Little Trouble"
I like the way you brought in animated characters to life.
I guarding rosebush an armadillo, a managing gnome.
...
This was well written and rich in Theme and Imagery.
It read well and flowed well with no Grammar Issues.
..
The Adjective and Objective Contents were both Excellent and Exceptional while Descriptive Measures aligned Perfectly.
Thanks,
Doctor Ricky 1024

I like this very imaginative, amusing and very cute episode Yvette, I haven't read one the other incomplete stories, somebody else onsite wrote a couple of stories that I was enjoying, but so far, they've remained there, I suppose that's the danger of something lengthy. But well done, excellent job, blessings, Roy

This is delightful and just as well-written as the others. Your fantasy is truly fantastical. All other fanstasy pales to yours. A marvelous addition to the continuing story of Nicholas and Constantine.
Sending you my best today as always,
Sally xoxo

Yvette,
Love it! What fun! And not just plain old fairies, either. Imps. What a clever idea. But we would expect nothing less from you and your wonderful pen. *smile*
Only one small note for you to consider:
but they behaved like them: bright and colorfully lit,
--> can you find different words than 'bright' and 'lit'? Since those have really already been used before and 'light' is used a lot afterward. Just bringing to your attention.
Thanks!

Good eye, my lady -- changed the first appearance of both words as it seems to work best that way! ;) Thanx so much for pointing that out: should have seen that myself, but, like I said, crazy week! ;) But, hey, I'm only three days behind now!! ;) :)Thanx !! ;)

Yvette,
Such FUN!! Great imagination in this book! The description of the little imps is wonderful. I really liked 'like a little red pepper ready to explode' and the description of their cute little voices. Evelyn will definitely love this. Can't wait for more.
Blessings,
Beth

I've been waiting for this chapter. I'll have to read the notes again to catch back up. Great job with all the unique characters that you have created. Sounds like a great story to keep the attention of a preteen. Looking forward to the next chapter. Bill

666666666666666666!!!! They have to be virtual, though, I don't have any left. A huge smile spread over my face when I saw the garden shed was back again. (I'm going to mark the date, I'm sure it's been six years since the last part! :)) Now what has Nicholas woken up? This tiny mite sounds like a right little fireball, and what is that light? Oh dear, I'm going to take myself off to my cosy cave and hibernate for a month. Well done, Yvette, you keep us titillated with each of these short chapters, so we are frothing at the mouth waiting for the next part. Kids will love this story! :)) Sandra xxx

A very well-written chapter and one mysterious secret is revealed from the drawer and the creature emerged from there is not very friendly at all and don't hesitate to hurt when it's necessary.

A fun read.
Just two small points:
the golf ball-sized beacons buzzed all around us - might have hyphenated the three words - 'golf-ball-sized' - but I could well be wrong.
the buzz of its wings increased to more of whine - did you mean 'more of a whine'?
Have a great day
