You tell a great story here, my friend, and the rhymes and meter are excellent. I was impressed with your story-telling skills and wondered why I haven't been reading your stories and scripts. I will have to get busy and do that! Your poetry is excellent and shows you have a fine command of the form. I saw no problems anywhere.

Frankenstein and his army should have known better than to trust a Vampire and the Werewolf.
I wasn't expecting the Wolf to stake the Vampire, but a partnership may only be tentative when the venture is murder. hee-hee

It's a funny take on horror and an entertaining read, for sure...a little bit of forced rhyme in some places, but it moves along at a nice pace and keeps me interested toward the final outcome. Picture works great! Good luck!

The end caught me by total surprise. I loved the flow and rhyme. Allowed the reader to move easily ftom line to line. Loved the message. Who can you truly trust to be your friend. Great job

I'm not much on harrow stories and I freely admit I went to every horror movie that came to town. As I grew older, I drifted away from horror stories. Got enough to scare the bejesus out of me by reading the world news and the evening TV. Like this one because of the form. Very nicely done and a pleasure to read....thanks for a pleasant interlude.

Glad you enjoyed this one. You are so right about the evening news, especially the way Reporters always slant stories so they sell more copies. Appreciate your comments and support.

Death and destruction. No pretty sight (I think a comma rather than a period)
A well written horror poem with good rhymes. Best wishes in the contest, my friend~Debbie

This is an excellent poem for the Horror Story in a poem contest
Nicely rhymed in aabb pattern
It reads well with good consistent meter
Three of the biggest in horror land
Wolfman, Drac and Frank
"Who can you trust to be your friend?'
I wouldn't recommend any of those three.
Very good horror combined with fun
Excellent picture to poem match
Well done
Good luck in the contest
